The challenge with this 3000 square foot Grade II listed apartment with views of the park, was to create four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms whilst complying with heritage requirements. This was achieved by designing the bathrooms as pods within the bedrooms so that the original full form of the rooms could still be appreciated. The bespoke oak parquet flooring in the wonderfully spacious reception room and entrance hall was designed to include marble pieces. The result is a truly stunning home with modern design woven into a beautiful original 19th century villa.
