Our client had previously acquired an investment property through Obbard. This time, however, the requirement was for a three bedroom apartment for family use as the children were to be educated in the UK. We were able to acquire this Holland Park apartment within a small, wisteria-clad modern building which had the added benefit of access to beautiful gardens at the rear.
Configured originally as a two bedroom apartment, the Obbard team was able to create a small third bedroom without affecting the overall balance of the flat. Although purchased for the client’s own use, the revised value following a bespoke refurbishment, showed around 15% uplift in value over and above gross costs.
