Obbard sourced and developed this Hyde Park Gardens property for private occupation. At 3,000 square feet and with far reaching views across Hyde Park, the second floor apartment was the ideal property for our client. However, it was held on a 38 year lease and was completely un-modernised.

​Obbard advised on the lease extension and oversaw the complete property development, working with the client’s designer from Mumbai. Not only did our client end up with the luxury London property they had dreamed of owning, they also saw an immediate return on their property investment. The revised value was around 15% above the total purchase, renovation and lease extension cost.
