When acquired, this Holland Park property was in one of the shabbiest buildings along this prestigious road. The apartment was bought from the Freeholder, who was disposing of his entire interest.
Working with him and other residents, Obbard oversaw the appointment of professional managing agents and the renovation of the exterior of the building. At our own expense (as joint venture parties) we refurbished the entire common areas.
The property was developed to the highest standard to create a stunning apartment.  The added value was realised on sale of the property where we achieved a record price per square foot for Holland Park: close to a 30% return on Gross Development Value (GDV).
