Originally intended as a three bedroom flat, the restrictions on this Bayswater building meant that the ideal configuration was not possible. As a result, the property was acquired at an extremely advantageous price.

Obbard then refurbished the property to create a generous and luxurious two bedroom flat. The end value showed an uplift over and above the total Gross Development Value (GDV) of 15-20%.
