Overview
Home to many of the UK’s oldest and most exclusives clubs as well as St James’s Palace, the area falls within the borough of Westminster.  Its location and proximity to attractive green spaces - Green Park lies to the west and St James’s Park to the south – make it a popular choice for those wishing to augment their property investment portfolio.

Local character and style
The architecture here is quite distinct from much of central London and includes many stone built properties with ornate period features.
