Our track record is best illustrated through the returns on investment and high level of occupancy of our portfolio:

		Current average Return on Investment = 28.7% This figure shows the average annual return on equity that our clients have enjoyed since 1995. We have made an assumption on the level of borrowing being uniform at 70% of gross costs (purchase price plus buying and refurbishment costs)

		Current average OCCUPANCY RATE = 96.2% This figure shows the average occupancy within the portfolio after refurbishment.

Such returns have meant that aproximately 40% of clients, having invested through us, have invested in further properties. While we have enjoyed showing clients strong returns in the rising markets, we are perhaps more proud of our performance and the solid returns shown in adverse market conditions.
