We target low-risk, long-term income generating, investment in commercial property: office, retail and hotel investments in prime locations in central London or UK cities. This type of commercial property investment offers diversification opportunities for clients from the capital growth strategies of our core residential investment business as well as higher individual transaction sizes. Transaction values start at £10 million upwards in regional cities and £25 million upwards in London.
Residential redevelopment sites
In addition to our core residential property development, we often uncover larger central London redevelopment opportunities suitable for clients with their own development experience. For example, this could involve a change of use such as a hotel/ office to residential conversions or the reconfiguration and refurbishment of existing residential buildings. Typical transaction values start at £15 million.
